Phil Burns Decorators is a North East based painting and decorating company which provides both commercial and residential decorating services in the North East and Northumberland, as well as throughout the UK and Europe.

The company is run by proprietor Phil Burns, who began his decorating career in 1980. During his long career, Phil has worked on decorating projects for some of the biggest commercial names and venues in the UK and Europe, including:
